Drill instructors with India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, recite the Drill Instructor Creed during pick up at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, May 17. After spending the first week conducting in-processing, recruits marched to their new squad bay where their drill instructors introduced themselves, recited the Drill Instructor Creed and began carrying out the mission of transforming civilians into United States Marines.
