U.S. Marine James Boncore, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense specialist, with 2nd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, burns chlorobenzalmalononitrile tablets during a gas chamber training event at Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 2, 2019. Gas chamber training consists of Marines being exposed to chlorobenzalmalononitrile tablets, commonly known as CS gas, in order to familiarize themselves with their M50 gas mask.
