Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CWO4) Patrick Wire receives the Meritorious Service Medal at his retirement ceremony on March 24 at Marine Barracks Washington. He retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of service and was most recently stationed at Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) as a Cyber Systems Officer on the Information Technology Directorate. MCICOM exercises command and control of Marine Corps installations via regional commanders in order to provide oversight, direction and coordination of installation services and to optimize support to the Operating Forces, tenants and activities.
