A U.S. Marine with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, looks out the rear of a CH-53E Super Stallion during helocast water insertion training on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 26, 2022. Helocasting is an airborne technique used by small unit special operations forces to insert into hard-to-reach areas via bodies of water. This high-risk training prepares the Maritime Special Purpose Force for the upcoming 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployment.
