U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen conduct close quarters combat on Camp Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, June 15th, 2023. Professional Training of Midshipmen is an eight week course that is designed to expose 3rd class shipmen to a variety of career options, including career paths as junior Marine Corps Officers in order to generate interest in pursuing a Marine Corps officer commission.
