The Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC), SgtMaj Black, was the guest speaker at the Quantico SNCO Academy graduation for the Career and Advanced Schools on 28 Feb 2024. The SEAC highlighted the importance of interoperability within the service branches. He is pictured with the distinguished graduates, which includes Air Force MSgt Amanda Armenti who was the Advanced School Academic Excellence recipient.
