Sgt. Chad Jones, a crew chief with Heavy Marine Helicopter Squadron 772 trains crew chief Lance Cpl. Kevin McClernon to properly inspect the CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter. The CH-53E provides heavy lift capability to the Marine Corps and is able move troops and cargo to remote locations. HMH 772 transported 17,000 troops and 3.2 million pounds of equipment while in Afghanistan last year. HMH 772 is training and supporting operations at Javelin Thrust 2010, the largest reserve exercise of the year.
