Sergeant Jared R. Hale, data networking chief, communications platoon, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, sets up the Support Wide Area Network version I during a field operation hosted by the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit at Reconnaissance, Selection and Occupation of Position 95, Sept. 28. The training increased the proficiency of all the communications Marines and helped them familiarize themselves with their equipment and with each other.
