Sgt. Patrick Sheedy, drill instructor, Platoon 2141, Company G, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, instructs recruits on how to prepare the Service Alpha uniforms for the Battalion Commanders Inspection. Sheedy enlisted in the Marine Corps at 31 and believes that his late enlistment, and experience he gained before the Corps, enabled him to be the best Marine he could be.
