Petty Officer 3rd Class Drew P. Barkman receives congratulations from fellow Sailors and Marines of 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment after getting promoted to petty officer third class June 23. Barkman joined the battalion November of 2005 and will deploy with his battalion to Iraq next month.
