Staff Sgt. Carl Wilderom, assistant retail manager, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, Camp Pendleton, utilizes a new suspension training system during a multi-day predeployment training tentatively called “MCCS Marine Training.” The unit is preparing to deploy to Afghanistan and is training to be Marine Corps Community Services representatives that would organize morale, welfare and recreational programs such as fitness and recreation centers, retail facilities and special sporting events.
