Lance Cpl. James Nichols, military police officer, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, corrects a Marine dressed in inappropriate civilian attire as per Base Order 1020.1. While on base, family members, retirees, civilian employees and their guests are expected to meet certain standards of dress. Military sponsors are expected to ensure that their guests are aware of and comply with the base’s dress code at all times.
