Sgt. Maj. Mark J. O’loughlin salutes for the playing of the national anthem during the post and relief ceremony for Wounded Warrior Battalion West, held concurrently with his retirement ceremony at the 27 Area Hospital softball field, July 13. O’loughlin served as an outstanding Marine with dedicated service to his country and Corps since Oct. 7, 1982 . He was relieved of his duties by Sgt. Maj. William R. Shaw.
