Lt. Col. Matthew N. Hess, battalion commanding officer, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 22nd Naval Construction Regiment, presents Maj. Michael T. Greeno, battalion executive officer, 7th ESB, 22nd NCR, with a plaque from the officers of the battalion as a going away gift. Greeno is leaving 7th ESB to join the staff of Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon. Maj. Joseph C. Tamminen, operations officer, Headquarters and Service Company, 7th ESB, 22nd NCR will be replacing Greeno. During the going-away dinner, the staff and officers enjoyed local Iraqi food brought from Habbaniyah. "I appreciate all that he has done for us within the little over-a-year time frame that he has been with us," said Hess during the presentation.
