Kayaking was one of the many activities Marines and sailors took part in during their four day trip to Keowee Key. Other activities included: waterskiing, jet-skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, riding ATVs and more. More than 20 Marines and sailors from the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, and six medically retired Marines from Greenville and Oconee County traveled to the famous resort area to take part in the “Honoring Their Service” event, which provided an opportunity for rest and relaxation for Marines and sailors.
