Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Chris Dare, technical rescue technician with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, II Marine Expeditionary Force, drills a hole through a concrete tunnel at the Raymond M. Downey Sr. Responder Training Facility. Dare is one of a few Sailors in CBIRF history qualified to be a technical rescue technician.
