Lt. Col. Charles Long, executive officer, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, II Marine Expeditionary Force, works to move a piece of concrete using cribbing and shoring techniques at the final practical application for students, during the CBIRF Basic Operations Course, at Navy Annex Stump Neck, Md., July 30, 2009. Marines and sailors who attended the CBOC learned various techniques for search and extraction during potential chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive incidents.
