Gen. David Petraeus, the commanding general of International Security Assistance Force, addresses Regimental Combat Team 1 Marines and Sailors at Camp Dwyer, May 30. Petraeus visited Dwyer to evaluate counterinsurgency progress in Southern Helmand province, the region where RCT-1 operates.
