Marines and Soldiers conduct an external lift exercise during Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 366’s deployment for training exercise at Fort Carson, Colorado, Feb. 6, 2020. The purpose of the exercise is to increase the squadron’s proficiency in cold weather and high altitude aviation operations and strengthen interoperability with the U.S. Army. The Marines and aircraft are assigned to HMH-366, Marine Aircraft Group 29, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. The Soldiers and M777 Howitzer are assigned to 2nd Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Cody Rowe)
