Guest speakers Mark Swayne, acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Stability and Humanitarian Affairs and Nyamaagiin Enkhbol, Mongolian defense minister, spoke during the closing ceremony of Khaan Quest 2019 at Five Hills Training Area, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, June 28, 2019. Khaan Quest is a multinational exercise co-sponsored by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and hosted annually by the Mongolian Armed Forces. Approximately 220 U.S. personnel and 900 Mongolian Armed Forces personnel are expected to participate in Khaan Quest, along with 750 personnel from more than 30 other countries.
