MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Navy Corpsman with the Shock Trauma Platoon, Combat Logistics Battalion 11, and Soldiers with the Western Army Infantry Regiment, Japan Ground Self Defense Force, conduct combat life saver training on simulated casualties during exercise Iron Fist 2018. Iron Fist is an annual, bilateral training exercise where U.S. and Japanese service members train together and share techniques, tactics and procedures to improve their combined operational capabilities.
