Bailey, Deputy Commandant of Plans, Policies and Operations, and Mr. Leon "Neon" Spinks, a former South Carolina golden glove boxer along with Marines, family, and friends attend the All-Marine Boxing Hall of Fame induction ceremony and banquet, Geottge Memorial Field House, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, April 1, 2017. This was the initial induction which recognized nearly 50 Marine boxers, including former Olympians, current fighters, coaches and officials. Half of the Marines were recognized posthumously.
