This video was created using Adobe Premiere Pro 21 to announce the beginning of Exercise Balikatan 25. U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division, will be taking part in the 40th iteration of Exercise Balikatan alongside the Armed Forces of the Philippines from April 21 - May 9, 2025. Balikatan is a longstanding annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen our ironclad alliance, improve our capable combined force, and demonstrate our commitment to regional security and stability.
