Sergeant Ricardo Ramirez, squad leader, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, discusses his journey after he lost his hand during combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in early 2006. Ramirez also participates on the Fighting Fifth’s football team and achieves a 1st class on the Marine Corps physical fitness test and combat fitness test. Produced by Sgt. Timothy Lenzo.
