Capt. Hannah Crawford, the II MEF Lead Logistics Planner, speaks about the entirety of logistics operations which took place over the span of several weeks in preparation for Exercise Cold Response in Norway. Gear was drawn from the Marine Corps Preposition Program-Norway caves near Trondheim, on-loaded at Orkanger Port, off-loaded at Bogen Port, and convoyed to Elvegårdsmoen training camp near Bjerkvik. Cold Response is a Norwegian-led exercise designed to enhance military capabilities and allied cooperation in high-intensity warfighting in a challenging arctic environment.
