U.S Marines and Sailors with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) participate in a mass casualty response exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 27, 2022. The Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) mass casualty course trained medical personnel from the 26th MEU’s Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 6th Marines and Combat Logistics Battalion 22 on casualty response procedures. 26th MEU corpsman worked on perfecting their execution of this complex process with a series of increasingly difficult scenarios over this one-week course.
