Marine Corps Returns Land to Ginowan City

Marines and members of the Government of Japan gathered April 4 at the West Futenma Housing Area in Ginowan City, Japan, to celebrate the returning of the housing area to the GOJ. The land turnover is part of a larger plan to give back portions of US military installations to Japan. Includes sound bites from Maj. Gen. Charles Hudson, Commanding General, MCIPAC and Takeshi Onaga, Governor of Okinawa Prefecture. Also available in high definition.
