U.S. Navy Corpsmen compete in a Corpsman Competition at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, June 14, 2019. The competition was held by corpsmen assigned to Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point in lieu of a ball for the 121st corpsman birthday. The competition included nine teams of five corpsmen who completed five events that tested the Sailors’ mental and physical stamina. Events included capture the flag paintball, a 250 meter swim pulling a patient, a one mile run through rough terrain and obstacles carrying a patient, a quiz on corpsmen history and a test on clinical knowledge.
