The 34th Annual Run for the Wall Midway Route's first stop at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, May 14, 2024. Motorcyclists participate in a parade on Route 66 through MCLB Barstow, after an awards presentation and photo opportunity in front of the eagle, globe and anchor statue. Run for the Wall is an annual motorcycle ride from California to District of Columbia, ending at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (The Wall), located in DC.

Colonel Gregory Pace, base commanding officer, Sgt. Maj. Miller Daceus, base sergeant major and Lt. Col. Arturo Manzanedo, base executive officer, were present to greet the motorcyclists and present the awards, before the Run for the Wall group rode off-base. (Video by Vanessa Schell)
