Team Marine Corps athletes with Wounded Warrior Regiment participate in their third day of practice for the 2026 Warrior Games in San Antonio, Texas, June 11, 2026. Some athletes began the day at Enduring Freedom Academy, a local indoor archery range, where they were coached by retired U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Richard “Trainwreck” Burkett. Others practiced wheelchair basketball, rowing and sitting volleyball at the Medical Education and Training Campus Fitness Center on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.
