Col. Romin Dasmalchi, the commanding officer of 31st MEU, talks about a U.S. Marine and Australian Army amphibious landing taking place at Dundee Beach, Australia, on July 11. The amphibious landing is part of a field training exercise taking place during Talisman Sabre 2015. TS15 is a bilateral exercise to increase interoperability between the U.S. and Australia. The U.S. Marines are with 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, III Marine Expeditionary Force. The Australian Soldiers are with 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment.
