Hawaii's first three AH-1Z Vipers arrival to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Dec. 15, 2017. The arrival of the 4th generation attack helicopter enhance the capabilities of Marine Lights Attack Helicopter Squadron 367 on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and in turn, Marine Aircraft Group 24, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing in Okinawa, Japan. They are scheduled to fly to Marine Corps Base Hawaii to began their integration into HMLA-367, replacing the AH-1W Super Cobras. Capt. Travis Brannon is one of the first eight pilots to fly both the AH-1Ws and AH-1Zs.(U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl. Eric Tso)
