The Shock Trauma Platoon assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Central Command in the U.S. Central Command area of operations can establish a walking blood bank - quickly. If there is a mass casualty event and there isn't enough blood on hand, a walking blood bank can get blood from donors and have it ready for infusion within 30 Minutes.
