B-Roll: Pohang-Sunrin Orphanage
April 7, 2021 | 20:59
U.S. Marines and sailors stationed across South Korea continue to strengthen the bond with Pohang-Sunrin Orphanage after 70 years of support and partnership in Pohang, Republic of Korea. Established in 1952, Pohang-Sunrin Orphanage was one of several orphanages built by service members during the Korean War to house wounded civilians and war orphans after a fierce battle in the city of Pohang. Sunrin in the only remaining orphanage after continued support from the Marines and sailors both permanently and temporarily stationed in South Korea. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Ryan H. Pulliam)
