U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force co-host the eighth annual Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium June 13-16, 2022, Tokyo, Japan. PALS consists of discussions and presentations which facilitate meaningful dialogue on key aspects of amphibious operations, capability development, crisis response and interoperability. This iteration of PALS brought together senior leaders from 18 participating delegations, with the objective of maintaining and developing regional relationships, which are committed to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
