4th Marine Regiment celebrates its 110th anniversary in Okinawa, Japan, April 16, 2024. The regiment, first activated in Puget Sound, Washington, April 16, 1914, has battled mightily from the beaches of Veracruz during the Banana Wars to the desert in Afghanistan during Operation Desert Storm. Through steadfast dedication and unwavering commitment, the regiment continues to uphold the legacy of excellence, in keeping with their motto, “Hold high the torch.” (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt. Jennifer Andrade)

The video contains music from a licensed asset from De Wolfe: Our Sacrifice by Edward Cooper, and We Will Prevail by Paul Lawler.
