A Marine carrying a Thor II backpack-mounted counter IED jammer provides security for key ISAF coordinators and plans developers during a site visit to Zaranj in Nimroz province. The engagement between ISAF and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan officials was to discuss the improvement of both security and infrastructure in the region.
