U.S. Marine Corps combat engineers with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 operate a skid steer with a wheel saw attachment to cut out damaged concrete during a joint airfield damage repair exercise alongside engineer companies from the Navy and the Air Force at Kadena Air Force Base, Okinawa, Japan, May 26, 2022. Service members from the three branches conducted this exercise in order to provide familiarity with each other’s equipment and procedures at the operational level.
