GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  HQMC Semper Fit (MFS) is seeking applications from active duty Marines interested in participating on the Armed Forces Women’s Sevens Rugby Team.  The Armed Forces Women’s Sevens Training Camp will be held 27 August – 1 September, 2017 at Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA.  The Armed Forces Women’s Rugby Sevens team will compete in the Northeast Academy Women’s Rugby Sevens Tournament held 2 - 4 September, 2017.
2.  Interested Marines must submit an online sports application to MFS NLT 20 July 2017.  The All-Marine online application system can be accessed from www.usmc-mccs.org/services/fitness/all-marine-sports.  Marines must create an account before accessing the application system.  Applications must contain command endorsement, and applicants must have a USA Rugby Certified Individual Personnel Player card (available at www.usarugby.org), and reference their membership number on the application.  For any technical issues with the All-Marine online application system please contact MFS.
3.  If selected, Marines must have a Government Travel Charge Card, and have the ability to use or establish an account for the Defense Travel System.
4.  Funding for this event is available to active duty Marines only.
