GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN is to announce the results of the FY20 EOA of the Year Selection Board.
2.  Background.  The EOA of the Year Award was established to recognize outstanding performance within the 0147 occupation field.
3.  Per the reference, on 9 September 2020, a selection board convened to consider the nominations submitted.  All nominees had exemplary records which demonstrated a consistently high level of performance that significantly and positively impacted their commands’ Equal Opportunity programs.  MSgt Courtney J. Donald, Training & Education Command, was selected as the EOA of the year.
4.  Congratulations to MSgt Courtney J. Donald and all who were nominated.  Your performance in this vital area is commendable and has directly impacted not only your command, but the entire Marine Corps in a positive manner.
