GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PUBLIC AFFAIRS EQUIPMENT INITIAL PLANNING TEAM CONFERENCE.
2.  THE USMC PA ROADMAP 2025 WAS SIGNED 9 MARCH 2010 AND INFORMS FUTURE PA CAPABILITY AND CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE DOCTRINE, ORGANIZATION,TRAINING, MATERIEL, LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATION, PERSONNEL AND FACILITIES (DOTMLPF) SPECTRUM. THE PA DOTMLPF WORKING GROUP CHARTER, SIGNED BY DC CD I, FORMALIZES THE WORKING GROUP FOR CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT.
3.  CONFERENCE ATTENDEES WILL DEVELOP EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OCCUPATIONAL FIELD. THIS IS A WORKING-LEVEL CONFERENCE; THE SUCCESS OF THIS CONFERENCE DEPENDS UPON THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF THE ATTENDEES, AS DEFINED IN THE PA DOTMLPF WORKING GROUP CHARTER. REQUEST THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS PROVIDE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PLANNING AND PROVIDING PUBLIC AFFAIRS EQUIPMENT SUPPORT TO OPERATING FORCES. REPRESENTATION FROM THROUGHOUT THE 43XX OCCFLD IS DESIRED.

6.  BILLETING ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS. BILLETING IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, 28 GREENSPRING DRIVE, STAFFORD, VA, 22554.
7.  CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT 10 CENTER STREET, SUITE 201, STAFFORD, VA  22556, STARTING 0800, 2 NOVEMBER 2010 AND ENDING NOT LATER THAN 1600, 5 NOVEMBER 2010. UNIFORM IS BUSINESS CASUAL.
