GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This message provides information on ceremonial music and the Commandants birthday message and video.
2.  Recorded music.  Traditional birthday music can be downloaded from the U.S. Marine Corps Band website at www.marineband.marines.mil/audioresources/ceremonialmusic.
3.  Commandants 2016 birthday message video.
A.  The birthday video is available at http:(slash)(slash)www.marines.mil/News/Marines-TV/.  A High Definition (HD) version is available at the Defense Video and Imagery Distribution System (DVIDS) website for viewing and direct download at https:(slash)(slash)www.dvidshub.net/video/488328/241st-marine-corps-birthday-message.
B.  For Combat Camera (COMCAM) units with limited bandwidth or high reproduction requirements, an HD video can be sent through the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE).  If this method is required, COMCAM sites must provide primary and alternate Point of Contact (POC) information by email to kimberly.hardison(at)usmc.mil.  When the file is available, those POCs will receive a notice that the file is ready for download.  AMRDEC SAFE will hold the file for 14 days from the date the notice is sent.  The file may only be downloaded once per user and the email cannot be forwarded to another recipient.
C.  Requests for Digital Video Disk copies of the 2016 birthday message video should be directed to the nearest COMCAM section.
4.  Commandants birthday message.  A signed version of the 2016 birthday message is available at http:(slash)(slash)www.hqmc.marines.mil/cmc.
5.  Requests for Marine Corps bands, color guards, etc., should be coordinated through local units or Headquarters Marine Corps, Office of U.S. Marine Corps Communication (OUSMCC) by email hqmc.comrel(at)usmc.mil or at commercial 703-614-1034.
