JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas (AFNS) -- Of 101 lieutenants considered, 97 were selected for promotion to captain during the 2012E Chaplains, Line of the Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps, Nurse Corps, Medical Service Corps and Biomedical Sciences Corps quarterly captain selection process, Air Force Personnel Center officials announced.
