MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. (AFNS) -- Combative instructors teach ROTC cadets non-lethal, close-range combat techniques during the cadet summer camp here July 22. The cadets are sent through a month-long summer camp which prepares them to become leaders of tomorrow's Air Force.
