THE IMMUNIZATION SERIES SHALL BE INITIATED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF ENROLLMENT.
D. IF A VACCINE-PREVENTABLE DISEASE TO WHICH CHILDREN ARE SUSCEPTIBLE OCCURS IN THE FACILITY, UN-IMMUNIZED CHILDREN SHALL BE EXCLUDED FOR THE DURATION OF POSSIBLE EXPOSURE OR UNTIL THE AGE-APPROPRIATE IMMUNIZATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST).
2. PER REFERENCE (A), CHILD YOUTH AND TEEN PROGRAMS PROFESSIONALS, REGULAR VOLUNTEERS AND FAMILY CHILD CARE PROVIDERS SHALL OBTAIN AGE-APPROPRIATE IMMUNIZATION AGAINST COMMUNICABLE DISEASES IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE ACIP, WHICH INCLUDES THE ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION OF INFLUENZA VACCINE.
