This Order provides policy and procedural guidance for the implementation of the Marine Corps Explosives Safety Compliance Program in support of the Marine Corps Explosives Safety Management Program (ESMP). The Program ensures explosives safety regulatory compliance in accordance with references (b) through (g) and identifies specific command responsibilities.
