Colonel Roger B. Turner, the outgoing commanding officer of 5th Marine Regiment, thanks his Marines and sailors during a change of command ceremony at the Camp San Mateo helicopter landing pad here, June 25, 2013. Turner, a native of Laurel, Md., relinquished his command of the regiment to Col. Jason Q. Bohm, the incoming commanding officer and native of Oyster Bay, N.Y. Turner will assume his post as the new Military Secretary for the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
