U.S. Navy Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 1st Class Jawara Lockett signals the pilot of a U.S. Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier aircraft assigned to Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 214 that he is cleared for launch from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) in the Coral Sea, Aug. 4, 2013. The Bonhomme Richard was the flagship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conducted routine joint force operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
