Vicious flames engulf an unserviceable aircraft as U.S. Marines and Royal Thai sailors prepare to put it out during Cobra Gold 16 at Utapao, Thailand, Feb. 19, 2016. The Marines and sailors started the process by using roof turrets to put out the majority of the fire. Then they moved in with hand lines to tackle spot fires in the cargo area. Cobra Gold is a multi-national exercise designed to preserve and promote peace and security in the Asia-Pacific region.
