Working out alone can get a little boring. Specialist Kevin Spence tells us about a group that motivate each other and make working out fun and challenging.Suggested Tag: If you’re interested in Crossfit, check out the website fight-tonight-crossfit-dot-com.Reporter:From the outside looking in, Crossfit might seem intimidating. It’s designed for a specific crowd: p-t studs, to beef cakes, middle-aged moms, teenagers. Crossfit is for everyone. SB Jared Whitman – Head Coach Crossfit Fight Tonight:It takes 3, 2, 1, go! I’m only a facilitator. Once they hear 3, 2, 1, go, it’s all in their head. They may think that I’m the motivational force out here, but it’s all within them that push them to their brinks. Reporter:It starts with conquering a plateau. When you see yourself doing what you once thought was impossible; it starts to become more than a workout. Crossfit starts to become a way of life. SB Cheyenne Rutherford – Crossfitter:My kids and my husband and my family here in the Crossfit box. So every one is a really big motivation and when it gets tough everybody just has a tendency to lift you up and help you keep going. Reporter:When you attend Crossfit fight tonight at collier field house; you’re not just taking a class, you’re joining a team. They’re success comes from motivating each other to give their all. SB Cheyenne Rutherford – Crossfitter:It’s definitely a positive … Crossfit is a positive thing. A lot of people I think get scared to try Crossfit. But once you have the proper training and you know what you’re doing. There’s really no reason to be scared. Reporter:So, whether you’re trying to get your swoll on or you’re just looking for an exercise routine that works. Crossfit has room for all types … and you’ll definitely find your motivation with this crowd. Specialist Kevin Spence, Yongsan, Korea.
